How to Request Deletion of Your Data

At Fit Pro Tracker, we respect your right to control your personal data. Under applicable privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and platform-specific policies such as Facebook/Meta’s Data Deletion Requirements — you have the right to request deletion of your personal information at any time.

To Request Data Deletion

Send an email to info@fitprotracker.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your full name
• The name of any third-party service you used to connect (e.g., Facebook, Google)

We will process your request and delete all personal data associated with your account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Data We May Store

Depending on how you interact with Fit Pro Tracker, we may store the following information:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Account and profile information
• Third-party user IDs (e.g., Facebook user ID)
• Access tokens used to manage third-party integrations (e.g., Facebook Pages, Instagram)
• Usage and activity data within the platform

All of this data can be deleted upon request.

Your Rights

• CCPA (California residents): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of the sale of your data. We do not sell personal information.
• GDPR (EU/EEA residents): You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to restrict or object to processing.
• Facebook/Meta users: If you connected via Facebook Login, you can also remove Fit Pro Tracker from your Facebook App Settings. We will still honor a direct deletion request as described above.
